Check the complete route, the entrance, and any ramp or landing. Keep cables, furniture, and queues out of the way.

Review each restroom cluster

The ADA guide calls for access to at least 5% of portable units per cluster. In a cluster of 1–20, plan at least 1 accessible unit. Confirm applicable site rules.

Include handwashing too

A reachable toilet and an unreachable sink leave the plan unfinished. Review both with the venue and rental provider.
