Start with the crew and California’s requirements.
California Title 8 §1526 generally requires one separate toilet facility for each 20 employees or fraction of 20 of each sex. The rule includes conditions for all-gender single-user facilities and an exception for fewer than five employees. Count the people using the site and review the actual arrangement with your site safety lead.

Federal OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51(c) uses a different construction table: one toilet for 20 or fewer employees, one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers for 21–199, and one of each per 50 workers for 200 or more. Use the applicable California requirements for an Antioch site; do not substitute an event guest calculator.
Service access is part of the installation.
For a build near Laurel Ranch or a remodel in Nelson Ranch, choose a firm, level location that the service vehicle can continue to reach after deliveries, fencing, and material storage change the site. Keep the toilet outside equipment swing paths and away from blocked gates.
What does weekly servicing cover?
Include pumping, cleaning, toilet-paper replenishment, sanitizer supplies, the first service date, and the regular service day in your written quote. Extra shifts, a larger crew, or heavy use can require additional visits.
Understand the 28-day billing cycle.
For recurring construction rentals, ask whether the rate covers a 28-day period. A 28-day period is not a calendar month: thirteen such periods total 364 days. Confirm your recurring amount, authorization for automatic charges, delivery cost, pickup fee, and any minimum rental period before approving the order.
Finish the rental as deliberately as you start it.
When the work ends, request collection using the contact on your order. Ask for written acknowledgment, the billing stop date, and the pickup window. An empty job site does not automatically tell scheduling that you are finished.
Plan handwashing separately.
A standard toilet’s sanitizer is not a substitute for required washing facilities. Discuss a handwashing station and review California §1527 for the work being performed.
