Information you choose to provide
The quote form collects your name, phone number, email address, delivery ZIP code, project type, requested dates, equipment preference, and any optional address, guest count, unit count, or message you supply. The form includes your agreement to be contacted about the request. Do not include payment-card information, passwords, gate codes, or sensitive personal details in free-text fields.
How the quote form works
When you submit the form, your browser sends the entered information over HTTPS to Web3Forms, which processes the submission for delivery to the business inbox configured for this form. Your details are used to respond to the inquiry and discuss the proposed rental. Form processing is subject to the Web3Forms privacy policy. Delivery and equipment availability still require a separate confirmation.
Website storage, cookies, and analytics
This website’s application code does not add advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or browser storage for quote drafts. The event calculator runs in your browser and does not transmit its input unless you include it in a submitted request. Hosting, security, and form-processing providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, request logs, browser information, and timestamps under their own practices.
Web Stories and outside services
Web Stories load the AMP runtime from the AMP Project’s content-delivery network. Opening a map link, official reference, or other external link takes you to a third-party service with its own privacy practices. Calls and emails are handled through your phone or email provider and the business’s receiving systems.
How information may be shared
The form processor, hosting provider, and the business inbox systems handle the request as needed to operate the website and respond. Details necessary to arrange delivery or service may be provided to the rental provider handling the order. Do not treat the quote form as a confidential messaging channel.
Retention and requests
The website does not maintain its own customer database. Submitted requests may remain in the receiving inbox and processing systems. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry, or to ask about retention and any legal or operational need to retain order records. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
Your choices
You can call instead of using the form, omit optional fields, and ask us to stop contacting you about an unbooked inquiry. The form’s contact permission concerns your rental request; it is not a separate subscription to marketing messages.
