What do your guests need?
A basic unit can work well for a casual gathering. A flushing unit with an interior sink adds comfort without the setup space of a trailer. A restroom trailer may suit a wedding or corporate event when power, water, space, and access are available.
Reduce demand on the house restroom.
A separate portable restroom can reduce demand on household plumbing or a septic system during a party. Tell us how many guests can still use permanent bathrooms. Do not assume that one working indoor toilet covers the entire gathering, especially when guests arrive or leave together.
Allow time before the first guest.
Ask about delivery before event day so a route delay does not collide with the start time. For a weekend gathering, discuss Thursday or Friday delivery and collection after the event. The actual dates and whether early delivery affects your price must be confirmed for your order.
Plan for access and handwashing.
Include accessible facilities and a usable approach in the event layout. Put separate handwashing close to the toilets without blocking the route. Keep guest queues away from food preparation and vehicle access.
