Before you book
- Confirm the address. Include the actual entry point, not only the mailing address. Identify the nearest useful cross street.
- Measure the route. Record gate width, tight turns, steps, overhead wires, and tree branches. Request the supplied unit’s dimensions and vehicle clearance.
- Choose firm, level ground. Describe gravel, grass, soil, slopes, or soft ground. Recheck the route after rain.
- Mark a workable position. A cone, sign, or site sketch can help. Keep a reachable contact available if the driver needs to adjust the position.
- Get property permission. Confirm venue or HOA approval. Discuss any public sidewalk, street, or park placement with the responsible authority.
The day before delivery
- Move parked cars and stored materials out of the access route.
- Arrange gate access without publishing security codes in an open form.
- Make sure the site contact knows the confirmed delivery window.
- If requested, ask that an advance call be recorded in the order notes. A preferred call time is not a guaranteed ETA.
- For a trailer, have the agreed power and water arrangements ready.
During the rental
Keep the access route available for the agreed service day. Do not move, tip, or attempt to lift a filled unit. If the unit is damaged, tipped, or needs additional service, stop using it where appropriate and contact the number on your order.
Before collection
Confirm the removal request, gate access, and pickup contact. Clear temporary fencing or parked vehicles that were added during the rental. Ask when billing stops if your contract renews automatically.
